Book a Phone Call, Meeting or Session with a HirePOS Representative

Edited

In the event that the documentation available at docs.hirepos.com does not address your needs, or if the topic is too extensive or specific for an email or web chat through hirepos.com.au, you have the option to book a call with one of our knowledgeable support representatives. This service is designed to assist you with various aspects of using HirePOS, including initial demonstrations, setup assistance, training, and more.

Types of Support Sessions Available

Our support sessions can cover a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

  • Initial demonstrations of the HirePOS system for potential users.

  • Assistance with initial setup, including data imports and configuration adjustments.

  • Training on how to utilize additional features effectively.

  • Strategies for mitigating workflow bottlenecks specific to your use case.

  • General troubleshooting and support for any other inquiries.

How to Book a Session

You can schedule a support session by visiting book.hirepos.com.au.

Please select a time that best fits your availability. When booking, be sure to include details about the topics you wish to discuss or the nature of the session. This information will help us match you with the most suitable support representative.

Additionally, please provide your best contact number(s) and indicate whether you prefer to conduct the meeting via a phone call or through Microsoft Teams.

Remote Support with AnyDesk

If you have an active HirePOS account or trial, we may offer remote assistance using AnyDesk. AnyDesk is a remote support software that allows us to control your computer to help you set up, tune, or troubleshoot your HirePOS experience. This tool also enables us to guide you through the system, setting up examples relevant to your industry and use case.

You can quickly and easily download AnyDesk from help.hirepos.com/anydesk.html. After downloading and running AnyDesk on your computer, have the number shown in the Anydesk window available to give to your support representative. We will need this number to start the connection.

If you are using a Mac, you may need to adjust some system permission settings the first time you attempt to use the software. A guide for this can be found here: https://docs.hirepos.com/en/articles/4172481
