Customer Custom Fields
This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to customise customer fields in your system. By following these instructions, you will be able to set up and manage custom fields effectively to meet your business needs.
Steps to Customise Customer Fields
Step 1: Accessing Customer Custom Fields
To begin, navigate to the menu strip at the top of the screen and select Setup > Customers.
Step 2: Accessing Custom Field Options
Next, click on the Options button located at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Setting Custom Field Names
Within the Options menu, select the Custom Field Names option. Here, you can enter the desired field names for the custom fields as needed.
Step 4: Saving Changes
After entering the custom field names, click on the Save Changes button located towards the bottom of the screen to apply the changes.
Final Step
Once these steps are completed, you can edit a customer profile and navigate to the Custom Fields tab, where the field names you set up will be displayed accordingly.
