User Profile

The User Profile icon in HirePOS is a gateway to essential account management features including viewing user and subscription details, changing passwords, and logging out.

The User Profile icon is located in the top menu bar and is represented by an icon of a person, accompanied by your initials. It is positioned as the last option on the right side of the main menu strip, providing easy access to various account management features.

Upon accessing the User Profile menu, users can view important information related to their account and subscription. The details available include:

• Username

• Email Address

• Business Name

• Subscription Code

If you wish to change your password for security reasons or any other purpose, the User Profile menu provides a straightforward option. Simply select the "Change Password" option and follow the prompts to update your password securely.

To ensure the security of your data, it is essential to log out of your account after using HirePOS. The User Profile menu includes a convenient "Log Out" option, allowing you to securely exit your account with a single click.

Users with the appropriate permissions will have access to a subscription button. This feature directs you to a page where you can:

• Review past subscription invoices

• Pay any current invoices easily using your credit card
