HirePOS Subscription Invoice History

This document provides instructions on how to view your HirePOS subscription invoices using the HirePOS v5 app. It is important to note that an administrator role is required to access this feature.

Accessing Subscription Invoices

If you are not on an auto-payment plan, subscription invoices are emailed to you monthly. However, to prevent double payments, customers on auto-payment plans do not receive these invoices via email. Regardless, you can always access your most recent invoices through the HirePOS v5 app.

Viewing Invoice History in the App

To view your subscription invoice history in the HirePOS v5 app, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your User Icon located in the top right corner of the HirePOS interface (depicted as a person with initials).

  2. Click on the Subscription button.

  3. You will see a list of previous invoices. You can choose to preview them or use the Get Copy button to access a page where you can view, download, or pay the invoice in question.
