Users List

Edited

The Users List allows administrators to manage HirePOS login users and staff, review recent login activity, and access user history.

To open the page, go to:

Setup > Preferences > Users

Note: The Users page is available to Admin users only.

Users List Tabs

The Users page is divided into four tabs.

Note that Login Users and Staff Records are separate record types, although they can be linked together by using the same email address on both records.

Users (Active)

Displays active HirePOS login users.

Select a user to manage their account settings, including their roles and permissions.

Staff (Active)

Displays active Staff Records.

Use this tab to quickly access and edit staff details. Staff Records are separate from Login Users but can be linked using matching email addresses.

Recent User Logins

Displays recent login activity for HirePOS users.

Use this area when reviewing account access or investigating login activity. Additional records can be displayed using Load more.

Users (Inactive)

Displays Login Users that have been made inactive.

Inactive users can no longer access HirePOS but remain available for administration and can be reactivated if required.

Invite a User

The Invite User section at the top of the page allows you to send an invitation to a new HirePOS user. Enter their email address and select Email User Invitation.

Before the invitation is sent, HirePOS asks you to confirm the new user and advises that activating an additional user may affect your subscription.

User Timeline

Select Timeline (All Users) to open the User Timeline and review recorded user activity across HirePOS.

User history is also useful for identifying who performed particular actions or made changes to sales/hire records.
