Steps to Submit Feedback
To submit your feedback and suggestions, please follow the steps outlined below:
Navigate to Help > Get Support or Contact Us.
Select Feedback / Suggestion.
If you haven't already spoken with a team member, click the Open web chat link to reach out via web chat. This will help us clarify whether your idea is feasible or already in the pipeline.
If you have discussed your idea with a team member and confirmed that feedback can be submitted, toggle on the option: "I’ve checked the help guides and/or used web chat, and I still need help."
Click Next at the bottom right of the page.
Provide the details of your feedback suggestion, then click Submit at the bottom right.
