Edited

The Customer Invoicing tab is located under Maintenance > Maintenance Records (last tab on the far right).

The Customer Invoicing tab allows you to view services associated with customer-owned items and those linked to an invoice (sales record). This functionality is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all services are properly accounted for.

Invoice Number Column

Within the Customer Invoicing tab, you will find the Inv# column, which displays the invoice number associated with each service. It is important to note the following:

  • If the invoice number is missing, it indicates that the service has not been linked to an invoice.

  • Once a service is linked to an invoice, the corresponding invoice number will automatically appear in the Inv# column.

Benefits of the Customer Invoicing Tab

This tab provides a quick and efficient way to determine which service records have been invoiced, allowing for better management of customer-owned items within your maintenance workflows. By utilising this feature, users can enhance their operational efficiency and ensure accurate billing practices.
