The Maintenance Calendar provides a visual overview of all past and upcoming maintenance jobs in a graphical layout. Each job is colour-coded by status: green for Completed, grey for In Progress, and red for Pending. Clicking on a job will show more details.

In the top right corner of the Maintenance Calendar, you can switch between different views—month, fortnight, week, day, or list—to customize the display.

The list view shows all jobs scheduled for the week.

To refine the view, use the Filters menu to sort by Item Category or Maintenance Category. Access it via the Filters button on the left side of the screen.

Below it, you’ll find Staff buttons that allow filtering by the staff member assigned to each job. A button is created for each staff member who has assigned maintenance tasks.
