Bank Feeds Troubleshooting
Bankfeeds is a "third-party" service provided by Illion. For the service to function correctly, it relies on both Illion BankFeeds and your bank or financial institution. While it is uncommon, users may occasionally experience connection issues with their bank feeds if either of these parties are experiencing issues.
Common causes for these issues include:
Issues on your bank’s end or with Ilion BankFeeds.
Your login credentials for the bank have been changed.
The bank connection has expired and requires reconnection.
An update or other change either with the bank feeds provider, or the bank itself.
Typically, most issues will be resolved by ensuring you have the correct password and resetting your bank feeds connection.
Reset your Bankfeeds Connection
Navigate to Setup > Bank Accounts.
Select the Bank Account in question.
Press the Options menu in the top right corner.
Select Setup Bank Feeds.
On the next page, select your provider (ensure you click Show all after entering your search term to confirm there is not a more appropriate variation of your bank available).
Select your Bank.
Enter your Credentials.
Press Submit / Save.
Confirm or allow any following prompts.
After completing these steps, you should be redirected to the standard HirePOS bank feeds page and be able to continue where you left off.
