Items/Prices

The Items/Prices page provides quick access to item details, selling units and pricing without needing to open the Setup menu.

Use this page to:

• Search for an item.

• Filter items by category.

• View item details.

• Review configured selling units and prices.

• Add an item to the cart.

You can open the Items/Prices page from either:

• The Home screen.

• The Reminders screen, by selecting the Items/Prices button located to the left of the reminders list.

To find a specific item:

1. Open the Items/Prices page.

2. Enter the item name, code or other identifying information into the Find search box at the top of the page.

3. Review the matching items displayed in the list.

To display items from a particular category, select the required Category from the category filter.

The item list will update to show the items assigned to that category.

Select the eye icon in the first column beside an item to view more detailed information about that item.

Select the Add to Cart icon in the second column beside an item to add it to the cart for processing.

The columns displayed to the right of each item show the Selling Units configured for that item.

Selling units determine the different ways an item can be sold and the prices available for each unit. Reviewing these columns provides a quick overview of the item’s available selling units and pricing.

The Items/Prices page is used to quickly search and review item information, selling units and prices. It also provides shortcuts for viewing an item or adding it directly to the cart.
