CSV Exporters

In HirePOS, while the system provides a wide array of reports and data management tools, there may arise situations where you need to extract and manipulate data outside of the system. This could be for creating company-specific data analysis, making bulk adjustments for re-uploading, or maintaining a local backup of certain data elements for your convenience.

To facilitate this process, HirePOS offers an "Export as CSV" feature accessible on nearly all reports within the system. This includes a CSV export tool for items, customers, suppliers, and various other areas.

To obtain the raw data from any report, follow the standard procedure to preview the report. Instead of opting to print or download a PDF, click on the CSV button. This action will display the data in a simple format that is ready for editing.

• CRM Contact Logs and Notes

  CRM > Find Notes > Export CSV (button at bottom)

• Sales Calendar

  Sales > Calendar > Cog (next to "filters") > Export CSV

• Crew / HR Calendar

  HR > Calendar > CSV (button at bottom)
