What happens after I submit a Trial Request?
When you sign up for a HirePOS trial, you’ll receive an email with a link to create your user account.
👉🏽 Please note that trial accounts are not provisioned automatically. Once we’ve validated your business, the setup email is typically sent during normal business hours.
This guide will walk you through creating your account and accessing your HirePOS file.
Receiving the Account Creation Link
Once you have submitted your trial request, an email will be sent to the address you provided during the signup process. This email will contain a link that you need to click on to create your first user account for HirePOS.
Troubleshooting Link Issues
If you do not receive the email with the account creation link, it is possible that there was an error in the email address you provided. Double-check the email address you used during signup to ensure it is correct.
Verifying Your User Account
After clicking on the account creation link and following the instructions, you will receive another email asking you to verify the new user (you) who has connected to your HirePOS file. This verification step is essential for security purposes and will be required for any future users attempting to connect to your database.
Logging In to Your HirePOS Account
Once your user account is verified, you can log in to your HirePOS account by clicking on the Login button located at the top right corner of https://www.hirepos.com, or by visiting app.hirepos.com directly.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forget your password, you can easily reset it by clicking on the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password and regain access to your HirePOS account.
