When using HirePOS, it’s important to understand how training and support are delivered, and who within your organisation should be accessing them.

Training Approach

During onboarding, key personnel within your business are brought up to speed on how to use HirePOS effectively.

For larger organisations, this typically involves two or three internal “champions” who:

  • Develop and refine workflows for your business

  • Become the primary point of knowledge internally

  • Train other staff members within your organisation

HirePOS does not provide training to all staff members. Ongoing training for existing and new staff is the responsibility of your organisation, using your internal champions.


Booking a Training Session

Training sessions booked via book.hirepos.com are intended only for these key admin users.

These sessions are designed to:

  • Refine workflows as your business evolves

  • Answer advanced questions

  • Provide refresher training when needed

They are not general staff training sessions.

To book a session:

  1. Visit book.hirepos.com

  2. Select a suitable date and time

  3. Enter your contact details

  4. Confirm your booking

At the scheduled time, we will call you and initiate a remote screen-sharing session.


How Sessions Work

  • Sessions are conducted remotely via phone and screen share

  • We use AnyDesk for secure remote access

  • Please ensure AnyDesk is installed prior to your session

This allows us to work through your setup together in real time.


Important: No Onsite Training

HirePOS does not offer onsite training.

Due to the number of users and locations we support, onsite training is not practical and is not available under any circumstances.


Training for General Staff

For all other users and day-to-day staff, training should be completed using the available self-service resources:

Your internal champions should guide staff and ensure consistent processes are followed.
