How a Session Works

When booking a session, we will call you on the phone and initiate a remote support screen share. This allows us to collaborate effectively by working on your computer together.

To schedule a session, visit book.hirepos.com, choose your preferred date and time, provide your contact details, and confirm your booking. We will call you at the scheduled time to commence the session.

Prior to the session, we recommend downloading and installing Anydesk, our remote connection software, on your computer. This will ensure a seamless experience during the support session.
