Can't Find My Printer in HirePOS 5

When adding a new printer to your system, you may encounter the issue of it not being immediately available as an option when printing from Google Chrome. If you can print to the new printer using other software on your computer, you simply need to inform Chrome about its presence. Follow these steps while using HirePOS:

  1. Open a Sales Record (Invoice/Booking/Quote) of your choice.

  2. Click on Preview at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select Print from the top left of the report preview.

  4. In the Print Popup, click on the printer selection drop-down menu located at the top right.

  5. If your printer is not visible in the list, click on Show More...

  6. Locate and choose your printer from the expanded menu.

  7. Perform a test print by clicking on Print.

Following these steps, the printer should now be remembered and set as the default option for future prints in HirePOS.
