Vehicle Registration Reminders

This document provides instructions on how to set up vehicle registration reminders in the hirepos system.

To set up a vehicle registration reminder, follow these steps:

1. From the main menu strip at the top, navigate to Setup > Items.

2. Edit an existing vehicle from the items list.

3. In the item details screen, click on the Other tab.

4. Enter the registration expiry date in the Next Rego Due field.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.

Once you have completed these steps, a Rego Due reminder will appear on the reminders list on the main screen when the registration is due. You can also look up vehicle registrations due by going to Reports > Items > Registrations Due.

Setting up vehicle registration reminders ensures that you stay on top of renewing your vehicle registrations and helps you maintain compliance with regulations.
