Send Multiple Customer Sales Records in one Email

In HirePOS, you can email multiple sales records to a customer or recipient by downloading the PDFs of the invoices you need and sending them using your preferred email platform.

Downloading Sales Records as PDFs

To download sales records as PDFs:

  1. From the Main Menu, navigate to Sales/Hire > Customer Overview or click the Sales button on the Main Menu.

  2. Select the customer from the Customers dropdown to view their sales history in the Sales tab.

  3. Click the eye icon next to the sales record you want to download to preview the record details.

  4. Within the preview, click the PDF button at the bottom right of the popup to save the sales record as a PDF to a folder on your local hard drive.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for any additional invoices you need PDFs of.

Emailing the PDF Files

Once you have downloaded all necessary sales records as PDFs, create a new email in your preferred email client, attach the downloaded PDF files, and send the email to the recipient.

Following these steps, you can efficiently download sales records as PDFs from HirePOS and email them to recipients. Although direct emailing of multiple invoices from HirePOS is not supported, this method provides a simple workaround.
