Preview (and Print) Sales Records

To print any type of sales or hire record, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Sales Record

  2. Locate and click on the Preview button positioned towards the bottom right of the screen.

  3. If required select an alternative template from the Templates menu in the top right.

  4. Once the document preview is displayed, click the Print option in the toolbar at the top left corner of the preview.

  5. Click on the Print option. This action will open the web browser's Print screen.

  6. From the web browser's Print screen, you can proceed to print the document just like you would print any other document from your web browser.

Sales Record Templates

When you navigate to a Sales Record and click on the Preview button, you will see the default Sales Record template that will be used for printing or emailing.

However, if you wish to explore other layout options, you can click on the Templates dropdown located at the top-right corner of the screen. You can pre-select some of these via the dropdown option next to the Preview button on the invoice screen.

Here is an example of some of the standard templates available.

Tax Invoice (Receipt)

This template is a variation of the standard layout and includes the Payment history section below the Item details. By default, this template does not display signatures.

Tax Invoice (Images)

Similar to the standard template, this layout showcases the primary image of your items if uploaded in Setup > Items > Item details > Images tab.

Delivery & Pickup Dockets

These templates are specifically designed for your Delivery and Pickup dockets. You can access them by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the preview button on the main Sales Record screen.
