When opening an existing sales record (Quote, Booking, Invoice, etc.), a badge appears indicating when the record was last opened and by whom. This feature is designed to prevent conflicts where multiple users try to edit the same record simultaneously, potentially leading to one user unintentionally overwriting another's work. The badge is located at the top right of the sales record screen, displaying whether the record was last accessed by the current user or another user.
