Comments (Internal)
When using the Booking/Invoice screen in our system, it's important to understand how internal comments and prompts can enhance communication and efficiency within your team. This feature allows you to add internal comments that are only visible to staff members, as well as set up prompts to ensure important information is not missed. Let's explore how to effectively utilize these tools.
Internal Comments
Located towards the bottom of the Booking/Invoice screen, there is an internal Comments field. This field is designed for staff to add notes, reminders, or any other internal communication that is not meant for customers to see. It provides a space for team members to collaborate, share insights, or highlight specific details related to the booking or invoice.
Prompt Checkbox
Above the Comments field, there is a Prompt checkbox. When this checkbox is selected, the comments added in the internal Comments field will be displayed in a prompt popup immediately whenever the Booking/Invoice is opened again. This feature serves as a reminder for staff members, ensuring that they do not overlook any important information or instructions associated with the booking or invoice.
By utilizing the internal Comments field and the Prompt checkbox effectively, you can streamline communication, improve team collaboration, and enhance the overall efficiency of managing bookings and invoices within the system.
