The LTH# number, or Long Term Hire number, is a crucial component of the HirePOS system, serving as a unique identifier for Rollover chains. This document provides an overview of the LTH number's functionality and its significance in managing records efficiently.

The LTH number is a distinctive identifier associated with a Rollover chain within the HirePOS system. This unique ID simplifies the process of sorting and managing records, allowing users to quickly identify which records are linked to a specific chain.

The LTH number is prominently displayed in two key areas of the HirePOS interface:

• Sales/Hire > Customer Overview screen

• Sales/Hire > Find Sales screen

This visibility ensures that users can easily access the LTH number when needed.

The LTH number not only serves as an identifier but also provides users with an indication of what the unique ID number for the invoice chain will be, should the current invoice be rolled. This feature enhances the user experience by streamlining the management of invoices.

When viewing a rolled invoice, users can click on the eye icon to open a pop-up window. Within this pop-up, the LTH buttons located in the top right corner allow for easy navigation through the sequence of rolled invoices, facilitating efficient record management.
