Where to Find the LTH Number

The LTH number is prominently displayed in two key areas of the HirePOS interface:

  • Sales/Hire > Customer Overview screen

  • Sales/Hire > Find Sales screen

This visibility ensures that users can easily access the LTH number when needed.

Functionality of the LTH Number

The LTH number not only serves as an identifier but also provides users with an indication of what the unique ID number for the invoice chain will be, should the current invoice be rolled. This feature enhances the user experience by streamlining the management of invoices.

Navigating Rolled Invoices

When viewing a rolled invoice, users can click on the eye icon to open a pop-up window. Within this pop-up, the LTH buttons located in the top right corner allow for easy navigation through the sequence of rolled invoices, facilitating efficient record management.
