The Find Sales/Hire screens provide tools to list sales/hire records and provide metrics across any given date range.
Types of Find Sales/Hire Screens
There are three main variants of the Find Sales/Hire screens:
Find Sales/Hire
Find Sales/Hire By Location
Find Sales/Hire By Item
Each screen serves a specific purpose and offers unique filters to streamline your search process.
Using the Find Sales/Hire Screens
When searching for information, it is crucial to start with the correct screen based on the details you possess. For instance, if you know the location of a job site but not the items or customer, you should navigate to the Find Sales/Hire screen and utilize the location filter for your search.
Find Sales/Hire Screen
The Find Sales/Hire screens allow you to search for any customer sales record within HirePOS. These screens feature a Date Filter that enables you to select a specific date range for your search. Additionally, you can customize the date field to filter by various options such as Invoice Date, Event Date, Date Quoted, and more.
Common Filters
While each screen has its unique filters, there are common fields that you will find across all screens, including:
Branch
Customer
Staff
Invoice Category
These filters can be accessed by clicking on the Filters button located at the top right of the screen.
Record Types
All Find Sales/Hire screens allow you to search by Record Type using tabs located below the Filters section. This feature assists in categorizing and locating specific types of sales records efficiently.
LTH Number
The LTH number, which stands for Long Term Hire, is a unique identifier associated with a Rollover chain. Sorting by LTH number enables you to easily identify records linked to a particular chain. This information is visible on the Customer Overview and Find Sales screens.
