This document provides a detailed guide on how to access user history and recent logins in the system.

User History

To access user history, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Preferences > Users User History.

  2. Next to each user, you will find a Timeline icon. Clicking on this icon allows you to view all the previous actions a user has taken against sales records.

  3. This feature is beneficial in case of errors or the need to track changes made to records. It helps in understanding the record's previous state and identifying the user responsible for the modifications.

  4. You can also utilize this functionality to review deleted records and the content of sales records before deletion.

  5. Additionally, you can view the history on a per-invoice basis. Simply open a sales record and click on the Show History button located at the bottom-left of the screen.

Recent Logins

For enhanced security measures, administrators can monitor recent login activities. Here's how to access recent logins:

  1. Click on the Recent Logins tab located above the user list.

  2. This feature allows you to track recent login attempts, including the IP address of the attempted login and any failed login attempts.
