Recent Logins and User History

This document provides a detailed guide on how to access user history and recent logins in the system.

To access user history, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Preferences > Users.

2. On the far-right of each user, you will see a Timeline icon.
   Click this icon to launch the User Timeline in a new browser tab.

3. Click the sub-section of interest to view activity for that area, i.e. Customers, Items, Sales/Hire, Orders, Preferences, Logins.

By following these steps, you can effectively utilise the user timeline and recent logins audit trailing to enhance security and track user actions within the system.
