In your HirePOS account, you have the ability to customize the colour coding for different types of records and their statuses. This feature allows you to visually distinguish between various categories of records, making it easier to identify and manage them efficiently.

Accessing the Color Coding Configuration

To access the colour coding configuration settings, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Setup menu in the top navigation bar.

  2. Click on Preferences from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Themes from the preferences options.

Configuring Color Coding

Once you are in the Themes section, you can configure the color coding for different record types and statuses. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Identify the type of record you want to customise the colour for.

  2. Choose the status within that record type that you want to assign a specific color to.

  3. Select the color you wish to use for that particular status.

  4. Save your changes to apply the new color coding.

By setting up color coding for your records and statuses, you can enhance the visual organisation of your HirePOS account, making it more user-friendly and improving overall productivity.
