This document provides a comprehensive guide on how to customize and personalize your online store in HirePOS to meet your specific business needs.

Layout

These settings allow you to modify the layout and appearance of your online store. You can enable features like the global search bar and the featured carousel to enhance the user experience.

Setup Store Items

Access the Setup Store Items screen under Sales > Online Store to configure your products, prices, and their display on the store.

Show Business Details Header

Enable a header at the top right of the page to showcase your business name as per your preferences in Setup > Preferences > Business details.

Show Search

Activate a search bar for customers to easily find items on your store.

Show Featured Carousel

Enable the carousel feature to highlight specific items marked as Featured in Sales > Online Store > Setup Store Items.

Show Item Prices

Display standard item prices configured in HirePOS, which can be overridden with website prices in Sales > Online Store > Setup Store Items.

Show Total Prices

Add a breakdown of total prices on the checkout screen for transparency.

Show Tax Inclusive Price Only

Choose to display prices inclusive or exclusive of GST.

Use Required Companions

Enforce required item companions marked in Setup > Items on the online store.

Header Banner URL

Display an image URL as a banner on your store instead of your company logo.

Featured Banner URL

Show an image URL alongside your featured items.

Menu

Customize the menu options on your online store for easy navigation.

Show Separate Hire and Sales Options in Top Menu

Keep Hire and Sales items distinct with separate dropdown menus.

Display Categories Side Menu

Show a side menu listing categories for easy access.

Display Subcategories

Show subcategories in the main dropdown and side menu.

Colors

Adjust the color scheme of your store to match your branding.

Fonts

Select fonts for headings and body text in your store layout.

Availability

Opening Hours

Define your business hours to restrict bookings on specific days.

Allow Availability Check in Item Details Page

Enable availability checks when customers select booking dates.

Dim Out Unavailable Items in Items List Page

Dim out items with zero quantity available.

Checkout

Customize the checkout process for a seamless customer experience.

Branch/Store Selector

Allow customers to choose a branch during checkout.

Show Times

Display dates with times in the checkout.

Show Phone 2, Phone 3, Country, Delivery Address

Include additional fields for customer information on checkout.

Payment % Required (Pin Payments)
