HirePOS Address Search

The HirePOS Address Search module simplifies the process of entering address information by providing intelligent suggestions to complete forms within the app. This feature enhances efficiency and reduces the risk of errors in data entry.

When adding addresses in HirePOS, such as delivery locations or customer details, the Address Search module streamlines the process by allowing users to enter partial address information and receive automated suggestions to complete the form accurately.

By utilizing the HirePOS Address Search module, users can save time and minimize errors that may occur when manually inputting detailed address information. This feature eliminates the need to enter full addresses and enhances the user experience by providing quick and accurate suggestions.

To enable the Address Search module, users can navigate to Setup > Preferences > Modules and activate the Address Search feature. This simple process ensures that users can immediately benefit from the functionality of the module.

The Address Search feature is seamlessly integrated into various address fields within the HirePOS app. For instance, when adding a new customer, users can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Sales/Hire > Customer Overview

2. Click on New Customer

3. Enter the Company Name or First Name and Last Name

4. In the Address 1 section, start typing a street address, e.g., '21 high'

5. The system will provide suggested results based on the current location, offering options like '21 High St' in nearby areas

6. Select the desired address, and HirePOS will automatically populate the Address, City, Postcode, and State fields

7. Click Save to store the customer's details with the completed address information
