Invoice Custom Field Names
Invoice custom fields in HirePOS allow you to capture additional information for a job that is not covered in the standard sales record screen. This guide will walk you through the setup and data entry process for utilizing invoice custom fields effectively.
Setup
To set up custom fields for invoices in HirePOS, follow these steps:
Navigate to Setup > Preferences > Invoice Custom Field Names.
Define a name for each custom field you require.
Data Entry
Once you have set up the custom fields, here's how you can enter data using them:
Navigate to Sales/Hire > Find Sales/Hire.
Select Quote/Booking/Invoice or access a sales record through other methods.
Click on the Custom Fields tab.
Enter the relevant data into the custom fields.
Click the Save Changes button to save the entered information.
