This document provides detailed information on utilizing email placeholders and advanced editing features in the email editor tool. Email placeholders allow for automatic population of text with specific information, while the advanced editor enables more intricate formatting options.

Basic Email Editing

When composing emails, you can make simple text edits such as bold, italics, or underlining using the basic editor. This ensures quick and reliable loading of the email interface.

Using Placeholders

To streamline text editing, it is recommended to incorporate placeholders wherever possible. These placeholders automatically fill in information like names, dates, invoice numbers, and addresses, reducing the need for manual input.

Advanced Editing with TinyMCE

If you require advanced formatting for a specific email, you can access the "Advanced Editor" by clicking the corresponding icon in the editor toolbar. This third-party editor by tinyMCE offers features like changing font sizes, creating bullet lists, altering font colors, inserting tables, and other advanced formatting options.
