Item Custom Fields

In the Hirepos system, the Item Custom Fields feature enables users to capture extra details about items that are not predefined in the application. This documentation provides a guide on how to utilize and customize custom fields for your items.

Each custom field can store a maximum of 255 characters. This limitation ensures concise and relevant information is captured for each item.

To personalize the names of custom fields, follow these steps:

1. Access the Setup menu.

2. Click on Items.

3. Navigate to the Options tab.

4. Choose the Custom Field Names option.

By customizing the field names, you can align them with your specific business terminology or requirements.

If you wish to include custom fields in your custom reports, you can do so by submitting a request through the Help menu. Follow these steps:

1. Click on Help.

2. Select Custom Request.
