Equipment Overview
The Equipment Overview screen is designed to provide users with a comprehensive summary of items that have a maintenance history. This focused approach ensures that users can easily access relevant information without unnecessary clutter. The screen displays essential maintenance details, including the last service date, meter reading, and upcoming service due date for each item.
Filtering and Sorting Items
Users have the ability to utilize filters to customize the list of items displayed on the Equipment Overview screen. Additionally, by clicking on the column headers, users can sort the list according to their preferred details, enhancing the overall user experience.
Accessing Maintenance Records
To view detailed maintenance records for a specific item, simply click on the item within the Equipment Overview list. This action will redirect you to the Maintenance Record screen, where the filters will automatically be set for that item. Here, you will find a comprehensive list of all maintenance records associated with the selected item, offering valuable insights into its service history.
