To access customer-specific pricing and discounts, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Customers.

2. Select the customer for whom you want to set specific pricing.

3. Go to the Discounts tab in the customer record.

4. Click the Item/Group Discounts button.

When setting discounts for specific items, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Only items with at least one selling unit defined in Setup > Items will be visible.

• You can define a discount percentage for specific items that will apply when they are added to the invoice.

• This percentage will be based on the item's price in Setup > Items and can be edited in the invoice.

• You can also set an overriding special price for the customer for a particular item.

• Note: Special prices override global pricing and may need adjustments if global prices change.

To set a discount percentage for a specific item, follow these steps:

1. Decide whether to include or exclude tax and adjust the toggle accordingly.

2. Locate the item(s) using tabs and the search field.

3. Check the box next to the items you want to discount.

4. Click the Apply Special Discount button at the bottom.

5. Enter the special price and click Apply.
