Accessing the Help Menu
The Help Menu is easily identified by its icon, which is represented by a circle containing a question mark. This icon is located in the top menu bar, specifically as the second-last option in the main menu.

Upon accessing the Help Menu, users will find a range of resources tailored to enhance their experience with HirePOS. The following options are available:
Access help and information specific to the current page you are on.
Obtain general information about HirePOS and its functionalities.
Download a copy of AnyDesk, the remote support software utilized for training and support purposes.
Provide feedback and report issues encountered while using the platform.
Submit requests for paid custom work, such as custom reports or invoice templates.
