In HirePOS, the global search icon (magnifying glass) in the top menu bar is a quick and efficient tool for searching across various areas within the system.
Search Criteria
The global search tool in HirePOS allows users to perform searches based on the following criteria:
Customers/Sales/Hire
- Invoice No, Reference, Customer PO
- Customer Contacts
- Leads
- Company, First/Last Name, Email, Phone
Suppliers/Orders/Expenses
- Order No, Expense #, Supplier No, Reference
- Company, First/Last Name, Email, Phone
Items/Packages
- Description, Code, Serial Number
find sales
find invoice
find item
