User-specific Settings

User Settings let you customise how HirePOS looks and behaves for your individual user account.

Changes made here apply only to you. They do not affect other HirePOS users or your organisation-wide settings.

Open User Settings from your HirePOS account to view the settings available for your user.

Enable Use Soft Theme Colours to display softer background colours in colour-heavy lists and tables throughout HirePOS.

When enabled:

• Row background colours use a softer version of your organisation's theme colours.

• Badges and other key indicators continue to use the full theme colour, making important information easy to identify.

• Your organisation's configured Theme Colours are not changed.

This setting can be useful if you prefer less intense background colours or find softer colours easier to view.

Turn the switch on or off, then select Save Changes to save your preference.

Select Save Changes to save your User Settings.

Select Cancel to leave the page without saving your changes.

Your saved preferences apply only to your HirePOS user account, so other users can choose the appearance that works best for them.
