Super Admins & Subscription Groups
Subscription Groups allow multiple HirePOS subscriptions to be grouped together so authorised Super Admin users can access subscriptions within the group.
The Subscription Groups page allows you to review and respond to invitations for your current subscription and view subscriptions you can access as a Super Admin.
Note: You must be a HirePOS Admin User to manage Subscription Group invitations and access this page.
Pending Invitations
The Pending Invitations section shows active Subscription Group invitations for your current HirePOS subscription.
Each invitation displays:
Subscription Group – The group you have been invited to join.
Invited – The date the invitation was created.
Expires – The expiry date, or No expiry if one has not been set.
Invited By – The user who created the invitation.
Notes – Additional information about the invitation, when provided.
Only active invitations for your user account and current subscription are displayed. Expired, accepted or otherwise completed invitations are not shown.
Accept an Invitation
To join a Subscription Group:
Locate the invitation under Pending Invitations.
Select Accept.
Confirm that you want to join the group.
Once accepted, your subscription is added to the Subscription Group and the invitation is removed from the pending list.
Accepting an invitation also allows active Super Admins assigned to that Subscription Group to access your subscription.
Decline an Invitation
Select Decline and confirm the action if you do not want your subscription to join the group.
The invitation will be closed and removed from the pending list.
Super Admin Subscription Access
The Super Admin Subscription Access section shows subscriptions you can access through your active Super Admin assignments.
For each subscription, you can see:

Status
The status identifies the subscription as:
Current Subscription – The HirePOS subscription you are currently using.
Available – Another subscription available through your Super Admin access.
If you do not currently have Super Admin access to any Subscription Group subscriptions, a message is displayed instead.
