This document outlines the steps necessary to connect HirePOS to Rouse Analytics, enabling users to export data files in CSV format for transparency and analysis.

Steps to Connect HirePOS to Rouse
Before establishing a connection to Rouse, ensure that you have reached out to Rouse and set up your account. Once your account is active, follow the steps below to connect HirePOS to Rouse Analytics:
From the HirePOS app menu bar at the top, navigate to Setup > Preferences > API / Integrations.
Start typing "Rouse" in the search bar. The Rouse Analytics card will be highlighted. Click on the Rouse Analytics card.
Enter the Rouse Client Code that was supplied to you by Rouse.
Enter the Rouse API Key that was provided to you by Rouse.
For initial setups, you may wish to use the Rouse Export Files links to manually export each file. This will help you understand which file data will be exported to Rouse before enabling the Sync data with Rouse Analytics toggle.
Once you are satisfied with the data to be exported, you can enable the Sync data with Rouse Analytics toggle. This will automate the export process, which occurs daily outside of normal business hours.
Finally, click the Save button at the bottom-right corner to save any changes made.
By following these steps, you will successfully connect HirePOS to Rouse Analytics, allowing for efficient data management and reporting.
