Maintenance Reminders

If you have the Maintenance module, there are a few different reminders that you will see regarding Maintenance records:
- Pending Service
- Next Service Due
- Next Meter Reading
Pending Maintenance
A Maintenance record that is marked as Pending, and not completed.
All Pending service records will show in reminders list until they are completed.
Maintenance Due (Date)
This is based on the Next Service Date entered in the Next Service Due tab on the Maintenance Record screen.
This reminder will only display if the maintenance record is completed.
Maintenance Due (Metered)
This reminder is based on the Next Service (Meter) field in the Next Service Due tab on the Maintenance Record screen.
The reminder will only display if the equipment's meter reading exceeds the Next Service (Meter) defined on the record.
Using both Date and Metered reminders
If both the Date and the Meter Reading are entered in the "Next Service Due" tab, the Reminders List will display both reminders, i.e. the reminders are independent of each other, and you will receive 2 reminders.
You can also tick the Show maintenance in separate tab checkbox to move all maintenance reminders into their own tab.
