CRM Module

The CRM Module allows you to track conversations with customers and contacts. There is also a Leads area where contacts can be entered into the system as Leads and can be later converted over to Customers should they proceed with a sale.
This avoids cluttering up the customer listings with lead type contacts. Finally, there is a carefully crafted bulk messaging tool that allows quick and easy communication with huge portions of your customer database at a time.
CRM Module
Currently, the CRM module is included for free with all HirePOS subscriptions.
You are free to explore it via the CRM menu option in the main menu strip.
