User Specific Email Templates

When emailing sales records and related dockets, you can set up a global default email template (set up via Setup > Preferences > Email Templates & Settings), or each user can optionally have their own custom email template that is personalised for them.

Refer to the Email Templates help doc for details on setting up an Other Email Template before proceeding to assign the template to a user.

Assigning the template

  1. From the main menu strip at the top, go to Setup > Preferences > Users.
  2. Click a user to edit their basic details.
  3. Select an email template for this user from the Email Template dropdown.
  4. Click Save Changes.
